It is always a treat to draw the lovely Renuka. And last Saturday was extra special. A lot of our more recent members had not met her before. So imagine their delight, as our girl twisted and twirled in her usual manner. She bent over backwards to pose for us. (Literally, scroll down and check out the drawings).
Tomorrow we are drawing the lovely Michel. Strong and muscular, with many tattoos and piercings. He is a very interesting model to draw. Hope to see you there.

Our lovely model, Allan had us all pulling out our best last Saturday. All that could be heard in the room was the scritch-scratching of charcoal. A big, solid bloke, with an easy going manner. And a big solid bloke always seems to inspire strong, 'make-no-apologies' drawings. There were some beauties done last week. If you haven't already seen them, scroll down.

Tomorrow we are drawing the gorgeous Renuka. A beautiful Indian girl, slim and wiry with many tattoos. She is really creative with her poses, almost dance like. Try and make it along to this one if you can. Renuka really is a fabulous model.

Our first week back at the hall went swimmingly. With the amazing Annie modeling, a fabulous session is pretty much guaranteed. In her trademark stay-up-stockings and crimson hair, she kept us both entertained and challenged. As a result, the drawings are quite spectacular........ Even more spectacular than usual.

On Saturday we are drawing the lovely Belinda. She's a shapely young thing, with curly hair and lovely skin. She sports a series of tattoos and piercings. Her poses are creative and fun.

We really are spoiled here in Melbourne with models. There are so many, and they are all fabulous. On Saturday we drew one of my favourites, Emma. A gorgeous young thing with loads of twists and turns up her sleeve. (Metaphorical sleeve, that is of course).

Emma recently did a Frieda Carlo modeling gig. She is definitely the obvious choice to play Frieda. She brought along some of the elements for us to draw. Her waist length hair piled high on her head, and embellished with colourful flowers. Dramatic make-up and earrings, all she was missing was the mono-brow and the monkey. Some splendid drawings emerged from the session. Scroll down to see them.

Be sure to go back into older posts, as they wouldn't all fit on the page and are definitely worth a look. Also I only posted the previous week's ones of Renuka a few days ago, and they are amazing too.

Tomorrow we drawing the lovely Kevin. An actor who brings a touch of the theater with him. Should be a fantastic session. Hope to see you there.

It has been ages since I've done a newsletter. The week just seems to be over before I have had time to even think about it. Meanwhile we have drawn some fabulous models, and had a lovely time of it altogether.

Last week's model was Christine. She was new to us, and we were all delighted with her work. Very tall and statuesque. Short, red hair, with an elfin look. Scroll down to see all the beautiful drawings of her.

If you haven't seen the blog for a while, have a look through the older posts. There have been some wonderful drawings done lately.

Tomorrow we are drawing the lovely Renuka, a regular and a favourite. A beautiful Indian girl, petite and dance-like in her poses. She keeps her hair cropped short and has many tattoos. Always a great session when Renuka models.

Believe it or not, it is nearly Christmas! I've been trying to decide when to finish for the year. So I'll put it to you. Should we finish on
a) 10th December
b) 17th December
If people will be around, we can run on 17th, just let me know.
